Secluded 17thC farmhouse perched on the side of Ling Fell with beautiful
views over Cockermouth (4 miles away) and beyond to Scotland.  No longer
part of a working farm but peacefully situated at the end of a half mile
lane, standing in over an acre of garden.  B&B visitors have their own
entrance, into the large, comfortable sitting/dining room where a log
fire welcomes on chilly days. We like guests to feel at home so there
are lots of books and magazine to read and maps to plan all those walks
- right from the door if you want, and an excellent breakfast to set you up!
